Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can return your purchase. If the product is not what you expected you can change or return your purchase, with original packaging, within 14 day after the delivery date. When your package arrives in our warehouse, your purchase will be checked for any damage.  Please note that Donelli.com may charge a fee if a purchase will be returned in damaged state. Refund will be paid within 5 working days, after acceptation.

*Any shipping costs are at own charge.

Can I change my product?

Yes, that it possible. You can indicate whether you would like to change or return your purchase. For changing a product, the period of 14 days applies as well. Any shipping costs made for  exchanging a product will be at own expense.

Tip: Contact service@donelli.com to indicate which product you would like to change.

How can I return a purchase?

Every purchase has a "Return from" (Backside) and an address sticker. Please note that a completely filled in form will be processed faster. Any shipping costs are at own charge.

Any doubts whter a purchase can be changed or returned?

If you have any doubts whether a product can be returned of exchanged, you can contact our customer support every day at service@donelli.com.  We Always try to give you a proper answer within 12 hours.

Can I return a discount purchase?

Yes, that is possible. For returning a discount purchase the same terms and conditions apply as with a regular purchase.

Where do I bring my package?

To send your package, you can bring it to your local post office.

There is no adress label included. What do I have to do?

You can return the package to the adress below:
